
The thematic areas of the Conference are as follows:
A. Philosophy and Methodology of EAN and its Connection to the Kindergarten Curriculum
Changes brought about by the introduction of the English language in kindergarten, its connection to the kindergarten curriculum, innovative elements and shifts in early childhood education, challenges and difficulties, as well as suggestions and future perspectives.
B. Instructional Design – EAN Scenarios and Applications in Kindergarten
Development of teaching scenarios based on the EAN methodology (e.g. CLIL scenarios), responsiveness to classroom conditions, implementation of instructional designs in the classroom, evaluation and reflection, and factors affecting effectiveness.
C. Introduction of the English Language and Relationships within the School Community and Classroom
Collaboration between kindergarten teachers and English language teachers, interaction with other specialties, cooperation with parents and the wider community, relationships within the classroom, and transitions.
D. Creative Activities in the English Language and Outcomes for Children
Holistic development, shaping attitudes toward learning in general and language learning in particular, motivation and active participation of children, intercultural communication, multilingual awareness, and identity formation.
